Executive Summary

In this archived webinar, a live demonstration of the COMSOL Multiphysics® software and add-on Ray Optics Module, which provides you with tools for high-frequency optics simulation, is given. An overview of its features, and how to compute ray paths in homogeneous and graded-index media while accounting for reflection and refraction at boundaries between different media is presented. The webinar also includes a brief intro to structural-thermal-optical-performance (STOP) analysis modeling.
